Are the updates on the roadmap for the softphone for Salesforce? I would love to see all of the IOS RC app features added to the RC for Salesforce app. Can we get some attention to this?

Hi @aaronmeilich due to the nature of the IOS application vs the Salesforce softphone - not all features will be able to replicated 1:1.

Can you please share which features you are looking for specifically in Salesforce?
