We’ve been hard at work making sure you have the right support at your fingertips. You might have noticed the launch of Contact Cards on our Support Site last year, but we didn't stop there.

We are excited to announce that this visibility has officially expanded. Account Administrators can now access your dedicated Account Team information directly within the RingCentral App.


 

🕒 Then and Now: Better Access to Your Team

  • Last December: We launched personalized contact cards on the RingCentral Support Site to give you a central hub for your representatives.
  • Now Officially Launched: We have moved into the next phase by integrating this experience In-App. If you’re an Admin, you no longer need to leave your workspace to find the help you need.

 

📍 How to Access "My RingCentral Team"

The Help section of the RingCentral App has expanded to include account-specific contact info. To find your team, simply navigate to:

Help > My RingCentral Team


 

✨ What’s Waiting for You

Inside the new My RingCentral Team section, Admins can view specific details for their dedicated partners. This includes team and role descriptions, so you know exactly who to contact and when.

  • Strategic Contacts: Quick access to your Customer Success Manager (CSM/CSC) or Account Executive (AE).
  • Technical Support: Direct links for Support or Advanced Support resources.
  • Role Clarity: We’ve included descriptions for each role to ensure you are connecting with the right expert for your specific needs.

By bringing this visibility into the app, we are ensuring you can find support without leaving your workflow. Whether you need a quick refresh on your account team or need to reach out for guidance, the information is now right where you already work.
