Q: is there a feature that allows printing of an SMS text exchange with a customer. We would like to add that information to a customer's record

A: Yes! You can export SMS messages right from the app and then print from there. You can follow these steps:

  1. Click Text in the left toolbar.
  2. Click on a message to open it.
  3. Click on the three dots at the top right.
  4. Choose Select Text Messages
  5. Select the message(s) you want to export.
  6. Click the Export icon at the bottom.
  7. Select where the message will be exported.
  8. Then you can print from the exported file.

Q: Do either of the new Yealink T series phones have displays that tilt? It looks like they are 'fixed' like the old T48U.
