Q: You have a copy button for SMS but it does not copy linked items. Am I missing somethiing?

Q: Whenever i transfer a call to a cellphone the office number shows up instead of the callers? Is there a way to change this or a support team that can help me out?

 

A: Hi! When you transfer a call to an external number (like a cellphone), the recipient will usually see your office or company number instead of the original caller’s number. The system sends it out as a new outbound call from your RingCentral number, not a direct pass-through of the original call.

Q:Will the AI work with Calendly

A: Hi, AIR does not connect directly with Calendly. Calendly itself does not have a calendar. It connects to calendars like Google or Outlook. If you use Calendly with Google or Outlook, you can connect that Google or Outlook calendar to AIR. Then AIR can schedule appointments.

Q: I ordered 4x licenses for Rooms, however I want to use Microsoft Surface devices as the host and the controller. are there any ways know to do this?

A: You may use the web app or if the Surface device has an ARM processor you can access ARM download: https://support.ringcentral.com/download.html
