Q: Are the target scorecards available for both RingEX and RingCX?
A: Yes! Targeted Scorecard filters are available to RingSense users on both RingEX and RingCX.

Q: Is there any progress on AI notes becoming usable on Yealkink desk phones? Last month y'all said it was, but tech support keeps saying it isn't. I emailed my "account rep" after last month's webinar but never heard back.
A: AI notes for deskphones is coming Q3.

Q: Why is there a limit on group messaging?
A: You can send an individual SMS and MMS from the RingEX apps to a max of 100 recipients, known as an SMS broadcast. If you need to text more than 100 recipients, check some other SMS apps in our App Gallery like SMS Campaigns App or BeeTexting. A Group SMS is limited to 10 recipients maximum in a close conversation.

Q: Do you ever plan to have the HUD available on a mobile (Cell) device?
A: An enhancement for HUD on Mobile is under review! You can use these links to upvote the idea for iOS (Apple) and/or Android.

Q:Is there a plan to include the barge, whisper, etc features on HUB within the RC Glip platform?
A: Monitoring live calls in the RingCentral app is already available, including monitor, whisper, barge, and takeover. Monitoring and Presence features are available to all RingEX™ Premium and Ultimate customers in the US, Canada, and the UK.

Q:Does RingCentral Analytics have any special reporting on MS Teams calls and utilization?
A: If your users are using the RingCentral for MS Teams Embedded App or Direct Routing, your phone analytics would include calls on both platforms since they are both using RingCentral phone/telephony capabilities. There wouldn’t be separate Teams calls - only RingCentral calls.

Q:Can you have someone reach out to me for sms support please? I've tried calling every day this week and was told every time the hold time was "greater than 3 hours".
A: Here is a good starting point for TCR registration: Registering your business to send text messages. You can also Chat with a live agent, ask our community, or call 1-888-898-4591 (Opt 3). You can also email customerexperience@ringcentral.com for more help.

Q:And where do I find the website for additional training on how to use these features?
A: Our Release Notes and RingCentral Community, and RingCentral University are great places to start!
