We’ve got some heavy-hitting news for everyone looking to add more "flavor" to their team workflows. We are officially pulling back the curtain on a major upgrade: MMS support is now live for SMS Shared Inbox!
No more text-only limitations. Your team can now natively send and receive Images, Videos, and GIFs directly within the Shared Inbox interface.
đź“‹ The "Must-Haves"
To ensure a smooth and compliant experience, there are two key requirements to unlock this functionality:
- The Customer Engagement Bundle: This feature is an exclusive part of our Engagement suite.
- Approved TCR Campaign: To keep the messaging ecosystem healthy, an approved TCR (The Campaign Registry) campaign is required before you start sending.

To ensure your messages are delivered successfully, your attachments must meet specific file type and size criteria. Before you hit "send" on that first video, take a quick peek at our official guidelines to ensure your file types and sizes are good to go:
