Admin access to users Ring Central IM history

The only way I'm aware of is to use RingCentral Desktop (GLIP), go to File > Administration > at the bottom there are Compliance Exports. The export is rough and is in a weird format (.json), but you can at least make out conversations between two users by using notepad. It will break up conversations between users and by day.
