Allow hotkeys for Intercom or Paging

I have 13 Yealink T48S phones. I would like to program the hotkeys to either intercom or page other phones Yealink T48S phones in the office. While the phone supports this when I set it up manually on the phone, Ringcentral provisioning does not, and reboots/overwrites the phone hotkeys.
