Are you able to transfer a call directly from a cell phone, not the ring central app?

Everyone is working remotely and does not have the ring central application on their phones. Is it possible to transfer calls directly from their phones instead of using the RingCentral app? We have some automation rules already created with their cell phone numbers and would prefer not to go reset all of it up.
