Can't install desktop ring central app ( Installation Failed )

Are you sure you're installing on a 32-bit system? Perhaps it's 64-bit, which would require the corresponding installer. What does the setup log tell you?

Try running the chkdsk /f command in the command prompt and then try running the installer as an administrator. Also, if you haven't restarted the computer since the issue started, make sure to do so.
