I have a third party Cisco 7841, it won't provision from the RC website. What version of firmware is needed on the phone to make it work?

Hi, For Cisco 7841, it has to be on Firmware Version 11.1.1. You may check on this KB Article https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/Deskphones-Latest-Firmware-Versions?language=en_US
