Cisco ATA 191 - 2 phone support

Question

I see that the Cisco ATA 191 has 2 phone ports on it but only 1 seems to work.  Can they be configured to support 2 phones being plugged in.  They could share the same phone number.  This would be important if I had both fax and phone in the same location.

Hi ​@jbentley,The Cisco ATA 191 officially supports one port per device within RingCentral’s provisioning.
