Desk Phone Restart After Parking Call on Public Park
When a receptionist puts a call on a public park, calls an extension, then picking up the parked call again, their phone sometimes crashes and restarts. This is happening on a Cisco 8861 desk phone. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
