Extensions only for voicemail

We are trying to configure an extension where any call made will directly get into voicemail without ringing the phone.

How can this be acheived? Can we turn any extension only to receive voicemails and not any calls?

The First Step

One of the way is setting "DnD" or "Do not Disturb" in the extension. All the call will be getting into voicemail.
