my ringcetral app allows me to make calls but no one csn hear me

You may need to go into the settings of your phone, then the RingCentral app and allow microphone access. If you have not already

Participating Frequently

when this happens with my colleagues it is usually a windows Mic setting. Check your settings in Windows if using windows.
