How do I forward a voicemail in desktop app?

I have two issues with the RingCentral platform.

1. How do you forward a voicemail using the Desktop App? I can't find the option to forward voicemail messages to another extension using the windows desktop app.

2. The RingCentral website seems to allow you to forward voicemails to another extension or email but the forwarding window doesn't allow you to pull up the contacts from the company list.

Hopefully I just missed it and someone can point me in the right direction.
