Hello everyone,

I have the following problem with a user.
The HUD function is not even displayed in the phone settings! So I can't activate it at all.
What could be the reason for this or who can help me?

Which app platform is being used? Is it the desktop app, web app, or mobile app? Can we ask the user to share a screenshot for review?
