I am trying to figure out how to forward a call from a ring central phone to a agent cell phone

Can you clarify the situation a little more? Is the call an active call you are trying to pass to a phone number outside the RC system? Or are you trying to have calls to a certain extension automatically forwarded to a phone number outside the RC system?
