Improved formatting of URLS in RingCentral (Glip)

Within a Glip chat or team, I would love to be able to add some text with a link behind it: like so.

We use Glip for all internal communication in our business and I often find when I'm writing a longer post, that a long URL breaks up the flow and means that people don't always see or read everything.
