Incoming Calls ringing busy

We’re having the same issue, I think it must be an outage

Can anyone even contact support? This is unacceptable 

We are having the same issue. I also cannot call tech support from my cell phone to report the issue. 

tech support is not answering, after 20 mins their virtual assistant asked me to provide more details… ugh

Same here… Phones are not working for outgoing and incoming calls - Errrrrr

Phones not working. This is unacceptable as we are an emergency response company. I think ring Centeral is about to loose a lot of clientele. 

Nun of us on here could even get through to them, can you please inform them there are over 25 people on here that are trying to call them and they’re lines aren’t going through

Their website says that they acknowledge the outage and are working on it, but doesn’t really give an update.

Same issues inbound and outbound. This should be broadcast on their X.com channels.
