A few months ago I switched from a Galaxy S7+ to my new Galaxy S10+ and immediately was experiencing problems with the Ring Central App. I can make and receive calls fine, and everyone comes through fine, but everyone on the other end is experiencing a lot of breaking up and in and out sound. I am told with each and every call that people cannot hear me. The network is still AT&T and I had no problems with the S7+. Using Wifi does not fix anything either. This is for work and is starting to greatly impact our business.Any help in finally resolving this would be appreciated.

I think we all want the capability that the RC Phone HUD has on our desktop to work on our cell phones but since it doesn't, has anyone found a work around to be able to identify and pickup calls going to a specific ext?Example: I need to make sure when I'm on my lunch break that I can answer incoming calls to our CEO.I have tried:- adding my cell phone to his user call handling, but this simply rings my phone when his rings and I can't distinguis the difference between a personal call to my cell, or a call coming in to him.- i have the ring central app on my phone, so whenever an incoming call comes into my extension, it shows its from ring central, i want this to happen when a call comes into him.- i setup a que - being mindful of the above ^^ i tried creating a que to ring .. and named the que CEO .. but i don't know how to trigger this que without an IVR, but i don't want u

After an Android update my RC phone app would only connect to my Bluetooth headphones when receiving a call. I uninstalled the app and logged in. Now I can;t answer or make calls and have them connect to my headphones. My native app still works fine.

I receive calls but then a heavy machinery sound plays over soon after clicking (1) to answer the call, and cannot connect or talk, as I can hear only that heavy noice, if they leave voice mail; only that sound is recorded. This is happening for the last 9 months. Receiving calls directly or through the app does not matter. Pls advice any one? Called weebly tech support 3 times. They cud not solve the problem yet.

We are having an issue, with the headphones on out going calls they work fine but on incoming calls they wont work thru the headphones only thru ring central and computer speakers

We are a US based account having issues with a number we've ported to Ring Central.The porting process was very smooth, easy, and successful, now that the number has been ported we faced an issue, that even though when we dial out the Caller ID is our ported number, when somebody else, not from our company, is dialing this number, they're being routed to the old phone that we ported the number from.Anybody had ever such an experience or would know how to resolve this?This is affecting a huge amount of clients that are unable to reach us.

I am having trouble getting my cell to hook up through my bluetooth in the car using Android Auto when using the RingCentral app. It works fine any other time. When I transfer my desk phone to my cell it will does not see the car to hook into the speakers. Any ideas?

I provide health and legal services in my company. I chose RingCentral bec HIPAA. I have them since 2013. Customer care used to be excellent now is none. My credit card expired and the service got disconnected 10 days after the automatic renewal. Tried to reinstate the service. Got one billing call that I missed. Opened a ticket for customer care. It is a week now and no one cared to call, get paid, and reinstate the service. This company is located in Taiwan. They love to benefit from the American market but they cant conceive the USA business & trade Statues. Imagine the damages of having the communication your businesses rely on suddenly get suspended and you fall vulnerable to the communication company not only to resume your business but to obtain your records from them if you decided that they are not reliable and you need to move on and contract a different company. Are there any known issues causing voicemail playback to freeze/stop on the RC app for iPhone? I have a client on RingCentral and they say that all users with an iPhone, about 8 people, are having the same issue. I will make sure they all check for the latest version, but is it known that this will fix it or could there be something else going on? Their iPhones are not company provided.

DAILY ENTER MY RINGCENTRAL SYSTEM APPROXIMATELY 15 CALLS THAT IN ANSWER ARE TELEPHONES DISCONNECTED. MANY OF THESE NUMBERS WHEN BEING ANSWERED DIRECTLY THE SOUND IS HEARD AS A FAX. I've recently started using the Android RingCentral app. Calling mode is Direct Dial, not Ring Out. I am in the UK, and both my RingCentral and mobile numbers are UK number. When I dial a UK number, the app is putting a 1 at the start of it and it sounds like it's trying to dial an international number. Dialing an internal extension is fine. I assume this is something to do with regional settings but I can't find an option to change anything that would appear to affect this. Can anyone help?

I would like to know if we can have the call routing from call queue to specific rules of an extension

We are in the process of moving to RingCentral for several of our users (new company subsidiary). We would like to be able to use 5 digit dialing to call users on old system. The old system has an auto attendant so we were hoping to be able to dial something like 2-1234 wher 2 would initiate the call to the old auto attendant and then pass the 1234 as the extension. Is this possible? Is there some other way to achieve this ?

I purchased a new cell phone. LG Stylo 5 Now after setting up the ringcentral app every call i make cuts out every other second both for me and for the customer. I am sure it is something I need to set up differently, but I have no idea which setting would cause this. I have my old device, a samsung galaxy A10e which is working perfectly, so it has to be a setting in my new phone. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I park a call to a virtual location (*8xx). The location is announced to me when I place the call in park. Let's say I forget that location. Is there a way to tell which virtual locations have calls in park?
