iPHONE App not receving calls/not ringing

Call used to ring on the desk phone and RC Mobil App, now it only rings on desk phone. Its been like this for a couple of months. Is there a resolution? I am mobile most of the day not at my desk and don't want the calls forwarded to my cell number because I loose the caller ID.

Jacob, I am the admin for RC at SEES and I had checked that previously. Calls were not silenced, but I did toggle it on got out and toggled back off. Now it is ringing, thanks for the input it got me back up.

Hi Ryan,
Is there any chance that you have “Silence incoming calls” the calls on your RC mobile app?
In the app if you navigate to you go to your initials > Phone > Silence incoming calls

Is that turned on by chance?

Wow thank you for this.

Was just troubleshooting (seemingly) the same issue with one of our users.

Desktop app and mobile app were set to ring together, but mobile app (iOS) never rang.
After poring through settings, enabling/disabling various things and modifying device ring order, nothing helped.

Came across this thread and had ZERO confidence it would help, but it absolutely did.

Enabling and then disabling “Silence incoming calls” fixed it.
