is it possible to retrieve contacts from a disabled RC account?

i had an account that was disabled, and i wanted to know if there was a way to salvage any of the contact list from that account and import it to my new one?

Hello,

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to restore the contacts after an account has been disabled.
