Is the RingCentral For Google extension a replacement for RingCentral for G Suite?

I tried adding the RingCentral for G Suite from the G Suite Marketplace, but nothing happens. Has this been app been discontinued? Is the replacement RingCentral For Google?

The G Suite App seems to have more features including Google Hangouts (Not Google Hangouts Chat).
