Latest office update for outlook classic v2601 breaks outlook contact integration with RC Phone

P.S. I know support will probably just say “use the new ring central app”, we have switched to it as a workaround, but I thought you still might like to know that MS broke it. :-)

Hi ​@Nathan1615078064, thank you for your patience. I checked with our Product Team, and their recommendation is the same. Using the new version of the app is best, as it’s more resilient to these MS Office updates. 

Thanks Mary, I knew product support wouldn’t care much about the old rc-phone app.

anyway - it looks like it is fixed in the latest office version
