Microphones not working to record prompts or voicemail messages

I am still setting up our phone system, and earlier this week I was able to record a few new prompts. I went in this weekend to finish, and none of my microphones will work on Ring Central. I use a Mac. I have all permissions given in system settings, and my microphones work in the system settings, but do not work when I go to record prompts. I have tried the Mac built in Mic, my cell phone, a USB Logitech Mic (that I used earlier this week with no problem) and Bytech USB Mic. The only way I can record is to have RingCentral call my cell phone and then the recording is staticky. I have restarted my computer and the program multiple times. Please help!
