Missing voice recording

Previously there was a voice recording of a conversation, now it is not showing. How can I retrieve it?

Call recordings are stored for up to 90 days and are automatically deleted after that period. You can review the details in the Data Retention Policy here: https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/RingCentral-data-retention-policies.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US
