Mobile Contacts will not sync with Desktop. Please help

I can add Contacts with names and numbers on my cell phone app but only the phone numbers are showing up on the desktop. It would be nice to have the names transfer .

Hi Bill,

This is a known limitation that the product team is working on! Contacts is getting a big upgrade the second half of 2020.
