I have park locations setup. When I put a caller on park it will return the caller to the rep that put him there in 5 minutes. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow me to extend that time?

Hi @BeilerA,

Currently, there is no self-service setting or native toggle in the Admin Portal to adjust or extend this Call Park timeout duration.

Since customizing this timer is not available today, the best way to get this capability added is to submit a Feature Request or vote on existing requests for customizable park timers on the RingCentral Ideas Portal.

Our Product Management teams actively monitor the Ideas Portal to track customer demand and prioritize upcoming feature updates for the Admin Portal!
