Phone Ordered Directly from RC refuses to get online

Ordered the phone directly from RC, Yealink -T34U, have followed every direction, every troubleshoot, multiple reboots and factory resets. It won’t get online. It is registered to our account, to a phone number and extension, and provisioned. There is genuinely no reason why it shouldn’t connect.
