Poly E350 and E450 can't conference in more than 2 outside lines

Could you please describe the exact steps you take when you try to conference in a third line?

Sometimes the Conference softkey can be on a second screen of options, which you can access by pressing a More softkey on your display .

Once we know the steps you're taking, we can figure out what's happening.
