RingEx Caller ID

Good morning, everyone. 

We need to resolve a Caller ID issue where external phone numbers are not appearing on RingEX.

Currently, RingCX correctly displays the caller's actual phone number. However, the moment a call is transferred to RingEX, the Caller ID reverts to "The Union Bank Company." Additionally, any external call made directly to a RingEX user shows the same bank name instead of the caller's number. Our goal is for the original external phone number to be visible on RingEX in all scenarios. 

I’m currently trying to get this feature developed by RingCentral. If you could please vote on it and place a comment that would be great.
