Hi @Mark.Fugate, the standard AI Assistant is designed for real-time transcription. This means the feature needs to be actively turned on while you're on the call for it to create a transcript. If you stop the transcription, or if it was never started, anything said during that time won't be transcribed or included in the notes. Unfortunately, there isn't a simple button in the user interface to tell the standard AI to transcribe a recording that wasn't transcribed live.
