I have been running into an issue when I try to transfer a call directly to another extensions voicemail. I’d say 50% of the transferred calls end up being dropped entirely. Has anyone else run into this issue?

I highly recommend opening a support ticket for this, as the system definitely shouldn't be dropping your calls. To help their engineers fix this quickly, try to provide 2 or 3 fresh examples of dropped transfers from today or yesterday, including the exact times and the extensions involved. This will allow them to pull the network logs and pinpoint exactly why the handoff is failing.
