What is the # for cell phone? My calls, Co calls or another?

Let's clarify a couple of key things to help you get started:

1. Your Cell Phone's Number vs. Your RingCentral Number: Your cell phone already has a phone number assigned to it by your mobile carrier (e.g., Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.). That number is separate from any phone numbers you get from RingCentral. You'll install the RingCentral app on your cell phone, and the app will use your RingCentral number(s) to make and receive calls over the internet, while keeping your personal cell number completely private.

2. "My Calls #" vs. "Company Calls #": These are likely the two different types of numbers in your new RingCentral account.

   • "Company Calls #" is your main business number. When clients call this number, it typically goes to a main greeting (Auto-Receptionist) before being directed to a person.

   • "My Calls #" is your direct extension or direct line. People can call you specifically at this number.

So, you don't assign a RingCentral number to your cell phone. Instead, you'll install the app on your cell phone, and the app will use whichever RingCentral number you choose to make and receive calls.
