When forwarding a call is there a way to show the information for the call being forwarded instead of who is forwarding it?

Hi! It is the expected behavior when transferring calls. Our Product Team is already aware of this lacking feature, and they are considering it. Kindly add your vote here.

I know this is a 4 year old issue but has this been fixed so it doesn’t do this. We would like to have the caller id of the original caller not the one forwarding it.

Looks like there are some notes in there that might be helpful. If you’re still running into issues, please drop them in this thread so we can take a look. 

Ok  see the issue. We have mainly Cisco phones. Hopefully they will find a way to implement this feature on Cisco phones.
