new voicemail display

We have new Yealink T57W and I cannot get the phones display (and shown a number of) new messages that have not been yet played. Ideally, I would like to see know that there are new messsages, how many new messages are there and how many old messages were already checked. Can anyone suggest how to make these phones display this?

Since this feature may not be available now you can either check the voicemail in online portal or dial your number and press * as you hear phone ring by entering your password
