Plantronics Headset automatically muting

We use Plantronics Focus headsets. On two different headsets on two different laptops we have experienced the headset automatically muting during a call. When attempting to turn off the mute, the headset quickly mutes again and will not remain unmuted.

We have updated the headset through the plantronics hub.

Any other suggestions on trouble shooting when this happens?

Hello @weslee-washington, please try to uninstall/reinstall the app on both laptops. If it's still the same, kindly submit a ticket to Technical Support Team.
