Currently I am the super admin and if we forward calls to the admin from our main line, they ring on my desktop, but I want those calls to go to another users desktop app. Is there a way I can set this up?

Hi, @Tanika Wilson. To clarify, do you want the calls from the mainline forwarded to a user extension?
Yes. Currently I can only select, "send to admin desktop" but not to the person who actually should be getting all the calls from the main line. Is there a way to choose which desktop i want calls to be routed to?
Also the other option shows "my desktop" and i'm not sure what that means.
