Hi @Gautham Raj; it should be available. There was previously an outage with unable to log in on the service portal. Do you still have an issue?
The portal is now working, but the IP phones (Yealink) in my location is showing account unregistered from yesterday.
It needs to be re-provisioned. Please submit a ticket to Tech Support to help you with the setup.
Means? It needs to be reconfigured again. what is the reason suddenly all the Account got unregistered?
