Unify Office Desktop App - Poly Plantronics Voyager 5200 with BT 700 bug

Sometimes the callee doesn't hear me but I can hear him. Win11, Plantronics Hub 3.25.0 Build 37131. Sometimes it helps to change the settings from "Default - Headset..." to "Headset..." and vice versa but not always. Any idea?
