I have to install the softphone of Ringcentral in a VDI environnement and does not work, we have citrix environnement and have difficulties to make it work, can you please help

I cant sell this to my customer of 150 users if this won't support chat in GLIPT, its a deal killer

Hi Saadet,

Just to be clear. You do not recommend installing RingCentral (Glip) on Citrix and you do not support it. Is that right?

Hey Maroun, honestly, we do not support nor recommend the use of a VDI environment with our apps.
