I do not see the accept queue calls under my settings.

how can I go about adding that feature "accept call in queue? all my coworkers stated that when they set up their ringtone it was automatically on there. But it dosn't give me the option under settings.

Hi Elizabeth,

Can you confirm where your coworkers are seeing the option? There are a couple different places this could be set up :)

I have a member on my team who is experiencing the same issue. My other two team members (who have admin profiles) along with myself have the option to toggle accepting calls in both the RingCentral desktop app and in the admin portal. Is there something profile driven that would have blocked this for a standard user?
