CX Report - Day of the Week

Question

I’d like to be able to adjust some of my reports so I can isolate a specific day of the week out of an entire period (30 days, 12 months, etc).  While I know there are a couple of standard reports already that shows information for each weekday, I would like to be able to filter other reports with just one specific day.  If there’s not currently a way to do this, I think it would be a great enhancement.

Hi ​@UBofMI,From what I’ve seen on the Ideas portal, I don’t believe this has been formally raised as a feature request yet,and I completely agree this would be a really valuable enhancement.Being able to isolate a specific day of the week across a wider reporting period (beyond the standard weekday reports) would add a lot more flexibility for trend analysis and operational planning.Once ​@Mary-Community_Moderatoror ​@BeckyHfollows up confirming if it is not available presently, would you be willing to raise this as a Feature Request in the RingCX Ideas portal?https://ideas.ringcentral.com/forums/966594-ringcxIf you do, please share the link here, I will 100% back it and upvote it 👍Happy Friday!
