User is stating when they receive a call with Disposition status and they said “I KEEP GETTING NEVADA CALLS COMING THROUGH THAT GIVE ME A "DISPOSITION" NOTICE THEN MAKES EVERYTHING FREEZE. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME I GET ONE OF THESE CALLS AND I HAVE TO COMPLETELY LOG OUT OF EVERYTHING TO GET IT FIXED.”  What do I look at to resolve this issue?
