I now have to press 1 twice when calling out through Wealthbox

Starting yesterday, Monday, when I call out, I now have to press 1 twice when calling clients using Wealthbox.

The first message says: Hello Sonya, you have a caller. To accept, press 1.

I then press 1 and get the usual message: Hi, press 1, and your contact will be connected.

This just happened, and I did not change anything.

I tried to disable Include extension name in announcement in Settings, but it did nothing.
