RingEX and RingCX status syncing

Our organization uses RingCX and RingEX. It’s been frusterating for us because our agents (who also use the EX for internal calling and outbound calls) always had to micromanage their status between the two platforms. 

Forward to now, RingCentral finally has them both syncing. However, they’re SO delayed that it’s actually causing our agents to miss calls in their queues on the CX side.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? It seems to have started for us about a week ago.
