Idea Title: Make Call Transcription Links Read-Only in Salesforce

Pain Point: Agents can edit or delete AI transcription links, leading to loss of critical call data.

Business Benefit: Ensures consistent access to AI insights, supports compliance, and protects historical records.

Globalisation & Customer Experience

Idea Title: Allow Callback Requests to Include Country Code

Pain Point: Callback flows do not support international formats, causing failed callbacks.

Business Benefit: Improves success rates for global customers and supports multi-region operations.

Idea Title: Allow RingCX Alerts to be Sent to Multiple Selected Users

Pain Point: Alerts require duplication or single-user targeting.

Business Benefit: Simplifies configuration and ensures the right teams are notified.

Idea Title: Automatic Queue Log Out After Configurable Inactivity / Time Threshold
