I’m looking for a solution to the issue described here:
When I get a call from a call queue if I click "Ignore Call" on my desktop app the Incoming Call screen goes away and then pops right back up a few seconds later.
There must be a way to make this happen, right? My idea is to create fake users to put at the end of my fixed order call queue. That way when my actual users have hit ignore, the fake extensions will “ring” one by one until the maximum wait time is reached (so in my case, 3 rings/15 seconds per fake user, 1 minute timeout, I would have 4 fake users so that I can ensure the call never circles back to my actual users). This obviously isn’t an elegant solution and would consume 4 licenses (not cool), has anyone found a better way of making this happen using Ring Central’s existing features?
