Can't send texts today 3/6/23

I am having issues sending isolated to. Verizon clients

Unfortunately it looks like Ring Central screwed something up - even if you registered for TCR in advance! HORRIBLE!!

So today I discovered if you have an alternate number you have accessible to you - you can switch and possibly send text that way - I always text from our main line, but when I change and sent text from my direct line they go through. Not sure if you have that option - but if you do - worth a shot! BUT NOT IDEAL - very confusing to our clients.

We do have that option - yesterday that was a working loophole but today it no longer works
